I really should make more use of this .....

I must resolve to publish more - so will try to get around to it. Earlier this year I discovered Instagram where I publish photographs as @fremlander. I have been taking photographs for at least 55 years (since my first box camera in the 1950s) and taking digital images since 1998, so I have a lot of material to play with. I am just scraping the surface of the digital library let alone getting into the boxes of "analog" stuff with a scanner - but I am starting to sift and sort. Maybe I will publish sets of stuff here. A lot of the time I use a camera as a sketchbook, thinking of possible subjects for painting (I'm a lazy sketchers), but most work well in their own right and many would be impossible to do justice to in a painting - so I have come to appreciate them as photographs, not sketches.
